APPLICATION TECHNIQUES
Use a lip brush for control and precision, especially with bold colours. Start at top, center bow and blend outwards to edges. Blot with tissue to remove excess and reapply a 2nd coat for longevity. Extra tip for a perfect pout: Outline lips before applying lipstick, adding gloss over lipstick, and clean edges with concealer.
